yes. RTD1185 is the lower-spec'd device. not as many hardware
CODECs, and USB2 only etc. etc. 2 watts to do H.264 is not bad for
something of this price though!
based on this, my guess is that the RTD1186 and RTD1185 are 90nm (or
maybe even 110nm) parts, which would explain the lower-price and also
the power consumption.
