[Arm-netbook] A31 EVB schematics and layout received from allwinner

allwinner have very kindly provided EVB schematics, datasheet and PCB
layout files for the A31.  page is here:

i've literally only just received the schematics in the past few hours
so will be setting that up shortly.  i also should be receiving access
to the GPL source code first thing china time tomorrow.
