[Arm-netbook] XBMC A10 (with cedarv/vpu support)

Well, my objective was'nt X11/opengles. For XBMC the old framebuffer gl was sufficient.

sadly there are no "armhf" cedarx libs available yet. and where was it
said anything about X11/Mali/GL stuff?
