[Arm-netbook] Any new video decode lib Gimli

Hello All,

With the help of Jery CedarPlayer build is working.

Just need to change

lcd_used = 0
to
lcd_used = 1

in fex file.


Besides I did many test and got some very strange result.

I am going to put my test details in deferent thread.
