Also bear in mind that the nexus 7 was $249 (16gb) in the states, and £199
in the UK so the RRP (£229) looks steep. Also the Nexus 7 was supposed to
be cut to the bone pricewise in the states, so theyre presumably making
more on this. I suppose its possible Google are subsidizing this in the
states.
Saying that, it has been discounted (to £210), but only for 24hrs (which I
missed). Im watching the discount sites
How much must Samsung be making on that bare dev board they just announced
($249)!
Regards.
Paul

Hi,
2012/10/29 luke.leighton <luke.leighton at gmail.com>
But 300 euros ?
has that included 20% VAT plus shipping, tax on shipping, import duty, tax
on import duty, tax on tax on shipping _and_ import duty, tax on tax on tax
on VAT _and_ shipping _and_ import duty?
Sorry but 250$ = 192 euros .
192 * 1.196 (VAT ) = 230 Euros . that's is 30 % difference.
I could import it from US by myself for less than this.
