A simple thing as ARM MALI userspace driver being the same across device
using the same MALI IP block would be a good start. Today Mali userspace
drivers are SoC dependent, AND need to match both X11 and kernel, which
is a major hinderance to Linux MALI adaptation. Unlike what Android are
used to, Linux distributions are not device specific.
