Presumably this is a spinning SATA disk, not a SSD? (Intel SSDs 
typically come in at under 150mW peak, if the spec sheet is to be believed).

It'd be nice if the said box for the lapdock had a SATA disk slot in it. 
That would tick of pretty much all requirements in one go.
