 ha.  interesting approach.  thanks bari.  i wonder: they might be
attempting to raise the funds in order to pay for the "Wafer Sharing"
Programme that Fabs offer.

 i've sent them a message to see if they'd like to do a SoC which
actually includes things like SATA, USB, Ethernet etc.  right now it
looks like they're planning not to license any hard macro blocks and
to just use LVDS to communicate with an external peripheral chip.
they're looking at FPGA or ARM-CPU-with-on-board-FPGA which... yeah.

 so - thank you bari: bit of work to do, there, but i believe it's
worth pursuing, to encourage them to get something going down the line
in 15-18+ months time.

 i'll create a page so as to keep track of them.
