[Arm-netbook] thoughts about EOMA68

It is interesting following the conversation here; I hope there will soon be
some hardware available, and also at some point some options for *quality*
chassis.
I have been looking for 'free hardware' options for some time, and have had
very little success.
Beside a laptop, I have a Nokia N900 with a real Debian armel chroot. It has
been very useful to me in a real 'productive' sense; my entire (nearly) home
directory can live on there and all mail, custom scripts, etc. work on that
tablet like they do on my laptop. The N900 literally fits in my pocket, and
I use it frequently when working, for email, scheduling, GPS navigation,
project information, etc. For me, it is *not* a 'toy' but like a laptop I
can carry with me all the time and is always available like a wristwatch.
I am mostly open to whatever features might someday be available on a 'free
hardware' device, in whatever form factor, though a pocket size device would
be great. I would be especially pleased to see the possibility of swapping a
EOMA68 card quickly from one form-factor chassis to another or somehow
hot-connecting the card to a larger display/keyboard. This would allow a
single operating system to be used with multiple chassis.
Comments? Perhaps some of this is just pending the actual availability of a
EOMA68 card and some chassis. Thanks for reading.
