[Arm-netbook] Debian Wheezy armhf "server" image

Hello,
On my "MK802 as a server" page [1] some time ago I promised to release a
minimal "server" image for the MK802, and since then some people wrote me via
E-Mail asking when it would be ready.
I figured since there seems to be some demand for this sort of thing, it
wouldn't hurt to also announce it here, that I finally made and uploaded the
image and some instructions today [2].
The root FS and u-boot in the SD image are from [3], combined with the latest
(3.0.42) "server" kernel from [4].
