What is the price of a such beast? It does a hell of a lot of things,
including resulution rescaling, deinterlace, underscan, etc etc.. most
of which is most likely not needed. But sure gets a lot easier as you do
not need to match the framebuffer output to actual output.

You also need a multiplexer and PLL clock multiplier to match that to
the EOMA signals. This chip expects multiplexed RGB input.
