Possibly call it OpenEC-32 after the 8-bit OpenEC 8051 OLPC project.

Can you please setup a repo for the project?

Lets collect info for all the bits (libopenstm32, openEC, RTEMS)

Layout the goals - battery charging, keyboard scan, touchscreen, GPIO, 
user buttons, audio, Lid open/closed etc

The Google staff members need to see what we have and how we are 
organized before they throw funding and effort into it.

Prospective students also need to pick projects and apply to GSOC. They 
need to notice what we have.
