I find it easier to start with an 3_3V UART, GND + RX leads (the lead
where your UART receives data).

1. Configure your terminal at 115200,8n1

2. Connect GND lead to any reasonable GND on the board

3. then place the UART RX lead probe at the pad you think is UART TX on
the board. It should be one of the two rightmost & little larger pads.

4. Power on the board. If you have found the right pad then boot
information should be seen within 2 seconds.
