[Arm-netbook] [new tool] FEL/livesuit boot from SD-Card

There is now a microscopic little boot program that allows booting
direclty into FEL/livesuit mode using an SD-card. This means that every
A10 device with SDCARD0 slot can now boot into FEL/livesuit mode even if
not having a FEL/recovery/usbboot button, no matter what shape the
internal NAND is in.
