 it's c code.  try it.  it's the only way to find out.  there's no
point asking: you're asking people to go over every single line of
source code of both the rtl-sdr project and the gnuradio project.  if
you are offering to pay for that review work to be done, my rates are
$EUR 60 per hour.  you might find someone else on this list or
elsewhere who may offer a lower rate.

 ... or, you could just compile the code, run it and try it, yourself.
