[Arm-netbook] Scripts to build hardware packs and generate a bootable SD card

I wrote two scripts.
The first one (a10-hwpack-bld.sh) will get u-boot and the kernel source
code in github and build them and packs them with other files
(script.bin, libraries...) into an "hardware pack". I also plan to use
that script for nightly builds.
The second (a1x-media-create.sh) will take those hardware packs and a
compressed rootfs to generate a bootable SD card.
There are available in https://github.com/cnxsoft/a10-tools
So you can create a bootable SD card with the latest OS in three steps.
