[Arm-netbook] U-Boot reverted to 2011.09 again

It appears there is more problems with SPL in current u-boot versions.
The sun4i u-boot branch have been reverted to last known stable version
2011.09 again until the issues in later versions can be identified and
fixed.

Current version is being worked on in the wip/update branch. The main
u-boot built from there should work fine, but SPL is most likely not
working well. You can use SPL built from the sun4i branch to test out
the current u-boot version.
