If this A10/A13 project is not vital for you then don't sign and trash
Allwinner, as others said there are many other interesting platforms
out there.

The reason is simple: if you sign you are alone, and i don't think
your project included costs for kernel development.

Anyway this is something that should be addressed at "higher levels",
this kind of behaviour is not acceptable anymore.
