I have opened it up now, and I see that it has two MT41J256M16RE-15E
256X16DDR3, which according to [1] are 4 gigabit (512 megabyte) RAM chips
each. So it is indeed a 1GB model, but they ship it with a firmware that only
recognizes 512 MB. Moreover, I have flashed it with "Rikomagic REV.2" firmware
from [2], and that one also sees 512 MB only.
