 all the diagrams i could find didn't have SATA marked on the 4210
exynos CPU, just as they are not marked on the 4412 exynos diagrams.

 however once some actual like real information sort-of eked out of
samsung, it became clear - months after the 4210 was released - that
it had SATA.

 basically what i'm saying is that the 4412 might be the same, but
it's going to take some research to find out if that's the case.
possibly asking hardkernel?
