[Arm-netbook] Any ARM SoC has Open-Source access to hardware video decoder ?

Hello Friends,
I have complete working Video Codec source code from kernel to user space
of S5PV210 SOC.
I have checked the file and it's licence as Apache Licence. But in
sec_proprietary sub folder.
Not sure if it would be useful for you.
