ouch, ouch.  look at the pads on that picture.  i counted the number
of pins on the BGA: 32 on a side.  that's 1024 pins.  the yields on
that will be um... not very good.  TI's 1024-pin monsters - some of
the top-of-the-range DM37xx series - are almost $100.  whilst TI is
usually 2x overpriced, it's an indicator that pricing for the exynos
5250 is likely to be quite steep.
