Tegra3 is not using the ARM big.Little design, instead it's using a
different design made by NVidia. All 5 cores in the Tegra3 is logically
identical A9 cores, 4 using the "Normal/Fast" manufacturing process and
one using NVidias Low Power manufacturing process, both 40nm but
radically different in other aspects resulting in very different power
profiles.

Tegra4 will be A15 in 28nm process.
