Which to me means that there is subsystems within the SoC which must not
be possible to make use of on Snowball, and that they do not publish the
details needed to initialize the SoC.

If not then it's a pretty pointless exercise to go via signed executable
for system initialization and then load uboot or another unsigned
bootloader.
