Snowball is the dev board and must have used the bootloader crypto. If
we are making the board and if the crypto can't be turned off then we'll
just have to pass along the crypto key as well.
I read somewhere that these were to be used in $100 phones. If so they
must be priced fairly or it was a cousin I was reading about.
