forgot about the spear1310 and spear1340 evaluation boards apparently

this one is a stunning spec, surprisingly power-hungry though (2.4
watts peak) for what is only a 600mhz CPU.  it's probably in 65nm: if
that was 40nm it would be under half that power consumption (about 1
watt).
