this one is 70mm x 70mm. So 5.5mm x 55mm x 85mm is workable.
The card jacket itself is not the complete cooling solution. It would
merely provide heat conduction to a finned heatsink or the device's
enclosure for passive/convection cooling.
So a notebook or set-top-box would require an aluminum or heat
conductive plastic for part of its enclosure. Heat conductive plastics
are actually low cost. But for some reason it hasn't caught on in China.
Maybe this will take it mainstream.
