[Arm-netbook] pinouts, gpio, expansion header

ok, right, irony: turns out that i'd routed so many of the EINT pins
to the expansion header that there weren't any free for doing things
like ooo... keeping an eye on the AXP PMIC? whoops... i'll have to do
the other ICs (ethernet) to make sure the IRQs are available.

anyway, so, at least 4 pins on the expansion header are up for grabs,
possibly 7, which coincidentally is the same number as the SmartCard
interface.

this is tricky!
