point and not take his $250 and run off to the casinos in Macau.

You most likely will have to TT them the money. I'm not sure where you 
are located but in the US it's referred to as a bank wire transfer.

Allwinner probably also expects that you have an account with Fedex, DHL 
etc. that they can write on the label and have them pickup. So you might 
have to add a bit to cover the cost to have them ship it. Which makes 
this more complicated since you transfer them the funds and then they 
have figure out how to shift your funds into them paying a courier while 
keeping their accounting dept happy.

If this gets too difficult since they aren't used to dealing with a 
credit card and including the shipping cost, please let me know.
