[Arm-netbook] alpha preorders

we just had a couple more sane preorder committments, so i ran the
order_processing.py program. amazingly, we're up to 34 preorders for
alpha-level boards:
total orders: 34.0 unit cost: $88.8235294118

running the "overview" mode - python order_processing.py -m overview -
is kinda... fun :)  mmm... yes.  to give you a glimpse: there are 152
units which various people have said that they'd be happy to buy at
$20 or above.  the only problem with that is, of course, that the
quantities required to buy at those prices isn't 152 units, it's
100,000 units whoops :)

anyway, one thing i'm slowly working towards is turning
order_processing.py into an "immediate response" system which will
advise people of what their committment actually means, realistically.
 for that however we need price-guides for components at different
levels, plus a decision on profit margins.
