the last two are links to molex, i haven't been able to find
independent datasheets for them (from other manufacturers).

the summary of these parts is:

* 4-pole 3.5mm **MID-MOUNT** audio jack (connector)
* HDMI Micro Type D **MID-MOUNT** (connector)
* USB Micro Type AB **MID-MOUNT** (connector)
* MicroSD push-push (ok, push-pull would do as well)
* PCMCIA 68-pin Header (Female) with SMT single-sided mounting (*not*
straddle-mount).
* 44-pin DIL2 (2 rows of 22 pin) 2.0mm pitch (Male)
