 yes, and yes, because there are different people paying for each of
the orders, *but* a decision ultimately lies with the MP pricing.  if
the MP pricing is not competitive, we have to find a part that is.

 so the 100pcs and 1k pcs pricing can be higher (sorry to everyone who
wants to order, but that's the way it is)
