[Arm-netbook] allwinner A31 processor

does anyone know the proper specs on this one?

reports on the internet of the onda tablet say it's got USB3, but the
web page's diagram only has USB2 *but* with the new AXP221 providing
"USB3 power levels".  all very very confusing.

if this really device had USB3 it would be absolutely amazing - that
would allow an SATA interface to be added because it doesn't look like
there is one.
