 800mhz quad core flat-out at 100% load would be around 1.3 watts.
about 75% of that is needed to do 1080p30 decode.  so it's not going
to win any prizes against devices with dedicated hardware GPUs or
VPUs, but i'm counting on the ease of deployment.  no dependency on
*any* proprietary software.
