alexey - that's the whole point of the exercise: it's *literally*
software.  there *are* no hardware video blocks.  it's *all* done in
software.

so i am not - repeat not - going to push for any hardware video decoders,
because a quad-core 800mhz version of this processor design is perfectly
capable of doing 1080p30 video decode *in software*, taking straight c /
c++ source code from the free software community and hitting "compile".
