 to a 208-pin QFP yes.  to a 304-pin one, no.  however the size
difference is considerable: 22mm (or thereabouts) vs 31mm (or
thereabouts) assuming 0.4mm pin pitch is um quite a jump.

 but... with 304 pins they _could_ have got a hell of a lot more in.
SATA.  HDMI.  32-bit DDR3.  whoops.
