[Arm-netbook] Allwinner A10/A13 and DDR3 data bus

Hi,

This is a question for the hardware experts.

Looks like the A10 has a 32bit DDR3 (800Mhz) bus vs A13 which has a 
16bit DDR3 (1066Mhz) bus. This may be necessary to move to a TQFP package.

I assume this will reduce performance especially while driving large 
screens.

Also does something  like Mele A1000 use 32bit wide DDR3 memory even in 
their 512MB configuration ?
