[Arm-netbook] Open source driver for Qualcomm's GPU, Adreno

There is a new project aiming to create open source driver for the GPU part
of Qualcomm SoCs.
The GPU is called Adreno and is found in many smartphones. It looks like
the remaining GPUs on the market with closed source drivers-only are fewer
and fewer.
