[Arm-netbook] "Great China's Firewall" blocking access to A10 SoC

What exactly did they block access to? The company website from outside 
China? email? Selling the Allwinner A10 ARM SOC to foreigners?

Do you have a list of specs for the protos? Is this a EOMA/PCMCIA-based 
board?
