 yes - or that they've reached a mass-volume deal / pricing-point
where they've recoup'd development costs.  either way it's a good
indication of what's possible.  $199 means a BOM of around... $100.
the 800mhz CPU's only $15, 512mb memory $10, LCD $32, battery around
$12...
