 yes but it is "mass-volume" and a restricted-access part, available
to "selected partners only".  just like the OMAP 4440 is, from TI.

 the best that can be hoped for is access to parts from 2009, until
these companies start waking up to the fact that their CPUs are
capable of taking over from x86.
