The rest is just proper board stack ups, trace widths, vias types and 
placement etc for some control over impedance, clock and power distribution.

The low cost and GPL pcb tools don't have much to help the designer. The 
high end pcb tools give you micron accuracy.

So if there is anyway I can help keep things moving along...... don't 
hesitate to ask.
