 i understand.  i've actually raised this on ARM's forums, and they
censored the discussion.  no, that is not a hoax.

 can i suggest that you also raise the issue with ARM, by raising a
discussion on their public forums, requesting the source code and
documentation sufficient to program the GPU?  they cannot censor
absolutely everybody, and the fact that you do not wish to use
GNU/Linux or the Linux Kernel would be very significant.
