[Arm-netbook] Consideration: Uboot Modification - Add USB OTG console

This idea has probably been discussed elsewhere, but increasingly
computers do not have serial ports, and often time the vendor does not
include a jtag header or tty on the board. However, as a twist, I do
know that increasingly vendors are including the USB OTG on their
devices, and this is where creating open source tools for handling the
USB OTG in the boot loader will useful, because it'll allow future
devices to be able to be freed without having as much hassle.
