I have gotten Samples of all Versions!

MAX2828/MAX2829, MAX2830/MAX2831, MAX2832

Currently not, but there is a WiFi Kernel  Module  which  implement  the
protocoll.  So all we need is somone which put the pices together.

The Maxim Chips have a very simple interface Digital Rx/Tx, Analog Rx/Tx
and SPI for the controll.  So, all what we need is a Cortex M3 with USB,
one SPI, HighSpeed UART und some IOs + ADC.  Nothing special.

Same for the MAX2769  GPS  Chip...  Only  SPI  is  required!  I  use  it
together with a NXP Cortex M0 LPC11U24 on a Mini-PCIe  card  (using  the
USB contacts),  The /dev/ttyUSB an be read directly from "gpsd"  :-D
