 yes.  and the FPGA could be used for ... say.... TCP/IP offload
engine acceleration.  2 Gigabit Ethernets _and_ 4 6gb/sec PCIe,
that's... monstrous.  marginally concerned about the power consumption
expected on those, i have to admit.
