It is 100% under NDA and not public available.

If you want to use it, you must be already an existing custoer of TI!

Note 1:     Minimum order is 100.000 pcs

Note 2:     I am TI customer since over 2007 years and working with the
            OMAP L-137/L-138/3530 and have problems to get the DevKit.
