The prototype PCB would be arround 150 Euro. One DDR3 cost over 280 Euro
as sample and for the NAND plus Armada 300 I have no  clue,  because  no
one want to tell me...  Since I can not solder currently BGAs, I have to
give it to an enterprise in my near and then it  cost  arround  600 Euro
extra, BUT this enterprise is specialised in Radar-, Radio- and Avionic-
Technology and produce VERY HIGH quality.  They do not solder  by  hand,
even if the PCB has only 3 BGAs 

Having 512 MByte of memory on 12x18mm is nice.

Now think on the SO-Dimm... where the two DDR and the Samsung are, place
the Armada and make the PCB higher and place the 4 DDR there...

Then put it in your Chitech...  add no tell anyone!  :-D

If you see such chips on the manufacturers website you start automaticly
dreaming of THE SUPER LINUX-COMPUTER...  Since I saw it, I dream from my
own SUPERCOMPUTER which consumes under 10Watt but has the Power of God!

I am right that the Kirkwood 88F6281 and the Armada 300 can handel  2 GB
of memory?
