[Arm-netbook] Original ChiTech kernel available as Debian package

I forgot to mention one thing.

* Wireless config file has different location.
  The ChiTech kernel expects the configuration file for the wireless
  driver in its original location and not in the location where I moved
  it for "our" kernel [1].
  To solve this I've included a symlink in the ChiTech kernel package so
  that the file for "our" kernel can also be used by the ChiTech kernel.
