 i diiid find something like this several months back, it was
industrial-quality, and around $300 or something mad.  not sure about
LED backlight.  i think it was a japanese one.  hitachi.  the japanese
LCD panels you are more likely to get these sizes: they seem to have a
thing for "small".  like the panasonic CJ-5 laptop (which you could
only get in HK or Japan), that was an iiincreeedible machine, and it
had that exact dimensions: 1024x768 8.4in LCD.
